Designing and building a conservatory is very much the job of qualified people like ourselves, who will listen and interpret your ideas faithfully with real understanding. We’ll also offer advice and make sensible suggestions (based ‘on years of experience) that will guarantee finished job as beautiful as the ones you see in this web site.

At each stage of the job, from the footings to the rooftop finial...from the quality timbers we use to the 24mm double glazed units, our eye for every little detail goes without saying, no matter how straight forward or grand’ the project.

So from the drawing board to the final" lick of stain’ or paint our commitment is to excellence ... which has, singled us out as one of the UK network of specially appointed users of the unique Mitre Master timber jointing system and means we can offer you the quality timber conservatory you deserve.

This is the most common form of window design, featuring a frame and ‘a huge variety of panes and openers from a simple fixed frame to, one containing a mixture of fixed and hinged openers.

The very basic casement is designed to only open outwards in one movement.

We can build casement windows into any size of wall opening and because the Mltre Master system is so flexible, consuming less time in manufacture than it would use traditional methods, non-standard size windows need not be seen, in any way, as ‘specials’.

All openers are fitted with stainless steel friction ‘ hinges, espagnolette multi-point locking and key lockable handles that incorporate a securenight vent position.

Now here’s a window that merges old with new ... that combines traditional styling with modern technology. It suits perfectly the elegant character of classical living and stands equally in its own right as a window of today. Spiral spring balances allow the sashes to glide smoothly up and down with the slightest of pressure and a concealed counter-balancing mechanism holds them firmly in any open position.

Each sash can be very easily tilted inwards to allow the outside panes to be cleaned from the Inside. The box sash is ideal for bays and is especially suitable for large openings. Finally, to add further to its traditional character, why not include matching timber Georgian infills, for an even more authentic ‘period’ look.

This attractively versatile style of window, as its name suggests, opens in two different directions.

An advanced single handle gearing mechanism allows an inward and downward ‘tilt’ movement for indirect ventilation (top opposite) and a side-hung ‘turn’ action which literally turns the window ‘inside out’ without tangling your curtains, to allow easy cleaning of the outside pane (bottom opposite).

Simply push the handle up and the window opens. Sully from the side. Push the handle further up and the window opens and tilts inwards from the top. This makes it particularly suitable for upstairs windows, big picture windows and awkward sized and positioned openings. The tilt and turn window is very modern in concept and appearance and will acid real distinction when built into the right setting.

We all know how much that first impression counts and how easy it is to take our own entrance doors for granted. Creating the right impression is so much easier though using Mitre Master know-how. So put away the catalogues of standard designs and make a beautiful’ entrance of your very own.

And, as we’ve pointed out before, size doesn’t create a problem so you can design to fit any size of opening. Which is also the case for internal and patio doors. Mitre Masters ‘Classic tilt and slide patio door has, as with the tilt and turn window, a duel movement. An advanced gearing mechanism allows the door to be locked in a tilt position (top) for ventilation or to slide fully open (bottom).

All doors have similar built-in espagnolette multipoint locking as the windows, and are fitted with 24mm sealed glass units.
